A Selection of Our Advisory Mandates

Buy-Side Search Mandate

Slator was exclusively mandated by Unbabel, a US-based AI agency, to conduct a search for Europe-based acquisition targets.

Under this mandate, we introduced Unbabel to EVS Translations, a Germany-based language service provider most recently ranked as a Challenger LSP in Slator’s Index. The acquisition was successfully completed in January 2023.

Sell-Side M&A Mandate

Slator acted as the joint exclusive sell-side advisor to Repustate, an innovative sentiment analysis and natural language processing (NLP) company, alongside our trusted partner firm Maveria.

Slator and Maveria advised the seller throughout the sale process, resulting in the company’s January 2023 acquisition by US-listed Sprout Social, an industry-leading provider of social media management software. We prepared the process documentation, screened and contacted potential buyers, and managed and coordinated the closing.
