Had a cozy stay, like home. the service was absolutely fabulous and the staff were very kind and helpful. the room was spacious and spotlessly clean, with everything I needed provided. Loved the delicious three-course meal at the restaurant and the amazing service.
The lighting in the room was a bit difficult to figure out, especially during the night. some noise disturbance early in the morning from music testing in the garden area.

I recently stayed at a hotel in a prime location, walking distance to some amazing areas like the secret garden and bustling Southwark. The room was well decorated and spacious, with a luxurious bathroom stocked with gorgeous toiletries. The staff were extremely attentive and the breakfast was fabulous. The rooftop terrace provided a lovely spot to enjoy cocktails with a great view. a fantastic experience.
I did notice some minor niggling maintenance issues that could have been addressed.
