C.Q Cumber: A supporter.
Octarians: As opposed to their leader, DJ Octavio, the Octarian army joined Team Order.
Commander Tartar: During the final Shifty Stage, MC Princess Diaries, the NILS statue is in the ocean, being examined by jellyfish. After the events of Octo Expansion, Tartar supposedly became electrified.
Jelfonzo, Bisk, Murch, & Crusty Sean. It is unknown why they joined Team Order.
Cap'n Cuttlefish and Agent 3: “We’re on duty today, whether you like it or not. Can’t sleep while the enemy plots!” Agents 1 and 2 are generally busy with their own problems these days, so these guardians of order protect the denizens of Inkopolis from the shadows. -Reasoning for joining Team Order.

Agent 8: Even Octolings who've been freed by the Calamari Inkantation don't lose their discriminated personalities. Agent 8 can't sleep until every nearby weapon has been cleaned & checked.
