Golden Eggs are collectibles introduced in Splatoon 2. These eggs are a rarer form of Power Eggs. Inside the egg, a golden skeleton of a Salmonid embryo can be seen.

They can be only obtained from Salmon Run after defeating Boss Salmonids, and collecting an amount of them for Grizzco Industries is the players' goal to win each round and the game. If they fail to collect enough Golden Eggs for even one round, they immediately lose the work shift. If the player gets splatted when holding a Golden Egg, the player will still have it when he/she is revived.
