Blood demon

At the time of 1372 DR, The Silence of Lolth, Abyssal Ghouls ran rampart! Faster, stronger, and far more intelligent, they were true horrors. Thier bite caused fatal Demon Fever! If defeated, they would explode in a shower of necrotic blood, further spreading the affliction!
