Brittany Mullins on Instagram: "This snack will be on repeat all fall long ➡️ APPLE SAMOAS. 🍎🥥🍫 These are such a fun way to enjoy the coconut chocolate combo and I love the crunch (and extra fiber) from the fresh apple slices. Added bonus = Olivia was obsessed with these so I know your kiddos will enjoy them too. Here’s how to make them: · 1 apple (Honeycrisp are my fave, but I also like Pink Lady) · ⅓ cup unsweetened shredded coconut · 3 tbsp almond butter or cashew butter · ½ tbsp maple syrup · 2 tbsp chocolate chips + ½ teaspoon coconut oil 1️⃣ Cut apples into ¼-inch thick slices and core. I only used 3 slices! 2️⃣ Mix together coconut, almond butter and maple syrup until fully combined. 3️⃣ Place mixture on top of each apple slice and place on parchment paper. 4️⃣ Melt chocolate

Plus it’s made without refined sugar or artificial coloring! You’ll need: 1 cup cottage cheese 1/4 cup raw honey (adjust measurement depending on your preferred level of sweetness) 1 tsp peppermint extract 1/4 tsp spirulina (for color) dark chocolate (chopped into bits) 1. In a blender, combine cottage cheese, honey, peppermint extract and spirulina until smooth. 2. Transfer to a glass container. 3. Stir in chocolate bits. 4. In a microwave safe bowl add the blueberries and squash them with a fork. Then add the cornstarch and mix well. Microwave for 1 minute 2. In a second bowl mix the oats, protein powder, cinnamon, maple syrup, salt and water (make sure the water is added last) Mix until it forms a crumbly texture. The oats should look wet but you don’t want any excess fluid. You can add more water if you need it. 3. Pour the oats mixture on top of the blueberries and microwave for 1 minute. Let cool f
