Air New Zealand has filed a patent for Skynest – a bunk bed-style sleeping pod that would allow economy passengers to stretch out during long-haul flights.

Don Mueang is not the only airport with its own batch of new “sleeping boxes.” Hanoi’s Noi Bai International Airport has also just unveiled some pretty fancy SleepPods. They may look like vending machines from the outside but these bright wooden rooms are surprisingly roomy and come with comfy bunk beds and space for luggage.
