I really love white on white, but I do find it a challenge. I prefer it with a pop of gold, silver or red, but this challenge is good for me to stretch myself. I embossed the larger oval frame and then die-cut the smaller window. I embossed the base card with and then added some white sequins and 'snow' to make a shaker. Despite the sunny day here, I am dreaming of a white Christmas! Die cut the oval then dry embossed the panel. Die cut the poinsettias and leaves and arranged around the lower half of the oval. Added die cut words and popped on pearls, with a large one for the flower centre. Thanks for looking today ~

Hi everyone. I've been MIA for a few days ... life has been getting in the way of my card time :) MIL went into the hospital on Sunday, but thankfully she is feeling better and was released yesterday. A stressful and hectic time for all of us, especially hubby and I hope now that his mom is feeling better, he will take some time to relax. A simple, but I think, beautiful, elegant and impressive Christmas card - made by simply embossing the lovely 3D Texture Fade Poinsettia onto a white panel and stamping the sentiment in the bottom right corner! I layered the panel to a white card base - but could have even just embossed right on the card base (you'd just see the negative embossing on the inside of the card).
