I learned this is Texas | I learned this is Texas yummy chili cheese casserole y'all | By Kristin's Friends | Alright, y'all. One large brick of Velveeta. Yum. I love Velveeta. Now, we're taking some mini hot dogs and we're putting this one big package all the way around our pan. Alright, I bought two but I think I don't think two's going to fit. So, we're just going to do one package of mini hot dogs. Alright, y'all. Next, we're going to do some what do we have here? We have some beans. So, I have one can of pincho beans. Oh, it's the same color as the hot dogs. I should have done a different color. That's okay. We're just going to go with it. What else do we have here? I have a can of dark red kidney beans. Alright, we're making a delicious mini hot dog, chili cheese, lunch, or dip or whatever you want to call it y'all. Whatever. Float your bowl. Alright. Now, we have some great northern beans, beans, yum, yum, yum, yum, yum. Alright. This going to be so good. I'm so excited. What else do we have? Alright. I have some cooked and crumbled Jimmy Dean sausage, alright? So, I cooked this last night and I just put it in my fridge. It is cooked but yeah, we put in some, you know, chili needs some meat and I think Jimmy Dean sausage is good. So, that's what we put in here, alright? With our little baby hot dogs. Alright, y'all. So now, we need a few more things. I have some of this hot dog chili sauce. So, we're going to put this in here. Uh let's see how this comes out. Alright. Let's see. Y'all I ain't going to lie. I've never used this stuff before. Okay. Now, it just comes out like that. So, sometimes, sometimes stuff happens and we just going to go with it y'all, okay? So, I good thing I have another can because these are small. We need a little bit more. We need a little more liquid here because all we have is little hot dogs and cheese and beans. It's going to be good. I know y'all going to love it. Alright. We almost done y'all. We're putting this in the oven. This is great for game day. Football season's coming up. I'm so excited. I love football. Go go team. Yep. Cuz I I can't think of a football team right now. Alright. Y'all now ooh this is hot. I put this in the microwave to melt a little but we need more cheese y'all so we're putting some cheese whiz on top. Alright. This stuff is delicious. I don't care what anyone says. Now I just melted it so it would pour nice. That looks great. I'm so excited. Oh that's so hot. Okay, y'all. What else do we need? Oh, I was going to put some onions on. I guess I'll do that now. Chili, hot dogs, and onions and chili. I mean, come on y'all. This is going to be so good. I have another can of beans but I don't think it's going to fit. So, we might leave that out. What else? Okay, I also have, I cut up a tomato. So, we're going to put that on here. Yup, just like so. Look y'all. Look how good I cut it. All the pieces are different sizes but that's okay. It's all going to the same place. It's going to be delicious. Everyone's going to love it y'all. Alright, that looks great. Alright, y'all. Last thing, putting some green onion right on top just like that this looks beautiful this is making my heart so happy just because it looks so pretty alright y'all we're putting this in the oven at 350 for about 25 minutes and we going to give it a little mix and I can't wait to show you how I like to serve this I'm so excited alright y'all so this was that mini hot dog velveeta and bean chili thing I made so I took this out of the oven a while ago but it's still hot so y'all look at all that cheese y'all this is going to be so good I'm going to show you how I like to eat this but you have to give it a mix because remember we put that velveeta in the middle. We use that hot dog chili sauce, some tomatoes, some beans, some white onion. Y'all this smells so good. I am literally so excited. Y'all have no idea but you do because I'm telling you. Alright. So, I want to know how y'all would serve this. If y'all would have it on a bun or on top of a hot dog or how y'all would eat it. Let me know but I'm going to try it right now and I'm going to show you how I'm going to eat it and honestly y'all I feel like I could just take a spoonful and eat it like the but I'm not going to. It's okay. Alright. This is what I'm going to do. I'm going to get a spoon right here. I'm going to put it on top of this tortilla. I have a tortilla here y'all. So, that's how I'm going to eat it but do what makes you happy, alright? So, tortilla, I'm going to roll this up and I'm going to turn the camera around and we're going to try it. I'm so excited. Alright, y'all. So, I put my little mini hot dog velveeta chili stuff on a tortilla and now I'm just going to roll it up and eat it but this is going to be a big mess but that's okay because I make messes. Look y'all. It's already, it's going to drip out the side. But y'all it's going to be good. That's it. Mm. Y'all someone want to say hi. Right puppy? Look, if I don't go and wake him up from his daytime nap at a certain time, he comes out and here he is. Yeah, here he is. Say hi, baby. Everyone wants to see your pretty eyes. What are you looking up at? Oh, I just love him so much. Alright, y'all. Hey, y'all. Look at Frankie foo foos. Look at his face. He's so mad at me y'all. He was just sleeping. Look, he's like, what's going on, mama? You're so cute. I just love you so much. I love you, baby. Okay, you go back to sleep now. Buh bye. Y'all look. Kevin's here. He's antsy because he's getting some treats. I was just feeding him treats. His favorite game to play is chase the treat. Right Kevin? Yeah you're so cute. Say hi. Everybody loves you. Alright. I have some treats right here for him. I'm about to throw that.

I'm coming in with my paste hot salsa and we're going to put that right next to our refried beans in our crockpot. Use that whole entire jar. You can use mild or medium if you don't like it hot but I like it a little bit hot. Next, I'm coming in with my original sour cream. This is the sixteen ounces of sour cream and we're going to put that right behind our refried beans in our crockpot. We're making a super easy and delicious appetizer today that everyone will love. Oh yeah, it's going to be creamy and delicious. Now I'm coming in with my mild cheddar blend and we're going to put that right on top of our crockpot next to our sour cream and our salsa. The next cheese I'm going to grab is some jalapeno peppered jack. Or you can use Monterey Jack. Whatever cheese you like you can use for this. But we're using the whole bags of each of these cheeses. Oh my goodness. Doesn't that look so good? Smell delicious too. Okay, to add to this creaminess, we have some cream cheese. These are just blocks of cream cheese and we are going to go ahead and put one right behind our refried beans and then, we are going to put one right in front of our refried beans but the placement isn't that important as long as we get all of our cream cheese in there. Alright, now we're coming in with some chili powder and we're going to season up this whole entire crockpot with chili powder. You can use a taco seasoning if you prefer but I love some chili powder. Then, we're coming in with some cumin. This is just going to add some great flavor to this. This is a big serving of appetizer because we have a big party happening so we gotta make sure to season it properly. Delicious. Alright, you guys. That is it. We're going to go ahead and grab our lid to our crockpot. Ooh, it fits perfectly and then, we're going to put this on high to let it cook, let it melt, and get delicious. Alright, it's been three hours on high. We're going to go ahead and place this warm and let's check it out. Whoa. Look at all of that steam. Now, of course, we gotta give it a good mix. Oh, look how soft those refried beans are. That's exactly how we want it to look. Just give everything a good mix. This is our bean dip like you've never had before. Oh, yes. The salsa, the cheeses, the cream cheese, the sour cream. This is going to be incredible. It looks delicious. Oh yeah. I love refried beans and I love this dip. It's so great for a party. Everyone loves it. Just give it a nice good mix. Make sure all of those beans are fully blended with the cheese, the sour cream. That seasoning. Oh my goodness. Colors starting to lighten up too. It's nice for the yeah. Exactly and the cream cheese and the sour cream. Okay. That looks absolutely delicious. Keep it on warm so it's warm throughout the party that's why I love a crockpot you could obviously do this in the oven but the crockpot is superior now for dippers I got the Fritos scoops and it is time to scoop and we're just going to go right in. Look at that. Looks incredible, right? It looks delicious. It's going to be super hot. That is even better than I anticipated. Honey wants some little honey girl. Just really make sure to blow on it. It's going to be super hot. You could turn it on off probably because it's that hot. It'll probably stay warm just in the crockpot but the Frito bean dip combo is the best. Enjoy.
