Dock, known as Captain Dark in the English dub, is a minor antagonist in Dragon Ball, he appears as a minor antagonint in the Red Ribbon Army Arc in Dragon Ball and in the Super No. 17 Arc in Dragon Ball GT.
In Japanese he is voiced by Kōzō Shioya in the Episode 48 and by Daisuke Gōri in the Episode 49. In English he is voiced by Chris Forbis in the Funimation dub and by Corby Proctor in the Blue Water dub.
Biography[]
Dragon Ball[]
Dock is a captain of the Red Ribbon Army working for General Blue. In Age 750, when Blue assigns his squad into two companies. Dock is granted control of Company B. His team travels the ocean to Kame House, where their mission is to capture Kame-Sen'nin and confiscate one of the Dragon Radars they are under the impression he has invented (although this respect goes to Bulma). When Dockk asserts that he cannot divulge any information or the Dragon Radar through Kame-Sen'nin, he prepares to use force, cranking his whip, unaware that Kame-Sen'nin is a professional martial artist and one of the strongest humans alive. Dock is soon defeated with a single punch to his stomach, and Company B's defeat follows soon after.
Dragon Ball GT[]
In Age 790, Dock escapes from Hell along several other villains thanks to a plot of Dr. Gero and Dr. Myuu, but he is killed again and sent back.
