We had an incredible stay at Vincci! The staff went above and beyond to make our visit memorable. They provided us with extra amenities, like hangers and a kettle, upon request and with a smile. The room, although not large, had beautiful high ceilings and a spacious shower. The plush towels and bathrobes added a luxurious touch. Special thanks to Iris for her warm welcome and to the helpful staff member who arranged a cab for us when the credit card reader wasn't working. The hotel management's gesture of providing water, flavored water, pastries, and fresh fruit at the front desk made our stay even more special. The hotel's central location and proximity to public transportation also added to our overall convenience. I highly recommend this hotel for a great stay!

The location of Vincci Baixa was absolutely perfect for exploring the city. I loved being just a few streets away from all the main attractions and having easy access to transportation. We had a great time at Vincci in Lisbon! Our stay was for 4 nights and we were very impressed. The location is unbeatable, just minutes away from all the attractions and public transportation. The staff were friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They even went out of their way to accommodate our vegan dietary needs. The room was comfortable with a window that kept out street noise. Highly recommend!

The size of the rooms were quite small and felt cramped. the pillows were lumpy and could have been more comfortable.
