Bacon (first name unknown) is a character in AMC's Fear the Walking Dead: Dead in the Water. He is a crew member on the USS Pennsylvania, serving as the Executive Officer.

Nothing is known about Bacon's life prior to or as the outbreak began, except that he was a U.S. Navy commander and the executive officer of the USS Pennsylvania.

Dead in the Water[]
"Something Bad"[]
While Renwick is talking with Riley in his room, Bacon enters and informs him that Friedman's condition is worsening. He watches Park perform an appendectomy. Friedman regains consciousness and sees his open abdomen, causing him to go into shock and eventually dying.
"A Good Sailor"[]
Bacon enters the mess hall and listens to Renwick give Friedman's eulogy. Suddenly Cook is attacked by a zombified Friedman. Bacon and Park get Friedman off him and pin him against the wall as his guts spill out. Bacon is bitten on the arm before Friedman is put down. He goes with Park and Cook to get bandaged up.
"Do What Needs Doing"[]
Riley and Pierce see Bacon walking around strangely and questions if he is sleepwalking. Bacon is now a walker. He begins to walk towards Riley and Pierce but trips. The two of them hold Bacon down, with Riley concluding that he is acting this way because he was bitten. Riley grabs a fire extinguisher and smashes Bacon's head in, putting him down.
