It symbolises hope I'm sure…moreI think its because the semicolon represents a link between two independent clauses in a single sentence related in ideas. It symbolises hope I'm sure- As if the sentence could of ended, but It continues just a little bit different? I think its a metaphor for resilience and hope to be honest.(less)
