If this is the final book in the Skins Series, it's just the perfect ending.I'm really going to miss these men-I can't imagine what it must be like for an Author to say goodbye to their characters.

This Christmas novella, kind of,comes full circle-ending with more from Dylan and Angelo whose story is the first book in this series.Told only from each men's pov we still get more from the other couples in this series and I'm sure I had a huge grin on my face here. These three couples, whose lives have been intertwined, are all pretty special in their own way.

Dylan and Angelo are, without doubt,at a Crossroads in their lives but I never doubted at any time they would make it.

For only a short read the Author managed to take the reader into each couple's relationship with ease.Honestly,I could read about these guys all day long.

-The build up to Christmas on a farm in Cornwall couldn't have been more perfect,

- There's something so special that happens, that I didn't see coming at all,

-A sex scene involving 4 men(kind of) that was super HOT!....not saying anything else-just read it and find out

If you haven't read this series or this Author before and are into MM romance, don't hesitate.

Recommended read,without any doubt.

Perfect kind of epilogue - for all the guys in this series, but especially Dylan and Angelo from Dream

Perfect kind of Christmas story - umm, at least for me, with just the right amount of angst due to some bumps in the road and not pure cavity-inducing fluff.

And the most perfect and hottest kind of non-foursome in history - intrigued? Gooood! ;-)

My only complaint is that it was way too short and I still hope Ms. Leigh decides to revisit all these guys again someday because I will definitely miss them! ❤

Whoa, hold the presses!

Garrett Leigh has written an almost angst-free, sexy story. And it's glorious.

Told from Dylan and Angelo's POV, the novella features all three couples and takes place prior to the epilogue in book 3. There's even a surprise barn wedding!

This one can't be read as a standalone, but if you liked the series, this book is a must read.

I needed this so much right now. I prefer my Christmas MM stories to be gritty and angsty rather than sweet and fluffy. So I knew without reading the blurb than Garrett Leigh would deliver. Honestly I think that this woman writes books to suit my tastes sometimes.

This little Christmas novella is actually a sequel to Dream so no, you can't read it as a standalone. Angelo and Dylan have reached a crossroads. Angelo thrives in Cornwall but Dylan can’t leave London. Is love going to be enough?

Crossroads might be a conclusion to the first book and it's told from Dylan and Angelo’s POV but there are magnificent happy endings for all three couples. It includes:

-A wedding. I’m not going to tell you whose wedding but OMG!

-The hottest scene ever that includes 4 of our characters. NOT a foursome, just some exhibitionism and voyeurism.

-Relationship angst. My favorite kind.

-So much romance! So many “I love you’s”.

If this is the last book in the SKINS series, I’m left completely satisfied. All couples managed to dodge life’s curveballs, find love and get their hard won HEA. My favorite Christmas story for 2018. Recommended!

4.5, me ha gustado muchísimo, Garrett nunca decepciona, la única pega que le encuentro es que es demasiado corta.
No se puede leer en solitario, hay que leer la serie en orden.
Muy muy recomendable, toda la serie.

Now, this is my kind of Christmas story -- MC's I adore, enough angst to really hold on to and an ending that brings me joy. I can always count on Garrett Leigh to deliver.

Crossroads is a short continuation of Dylan and Angelo's story from Dream. Because of Angelo's physical medical issues, he needs very intense physical therapy and the therapist that he trusts the most, Henry, went and fell in love with a country boy and has moved away from the city to chase his happiness. For the past couple months, Angelo and Dylan have been apart, a lot, and only seeing each other when Dylan could get away for a few days.

Both Angelo and Dylan want to make each other happy, but how can they manage? Dylan is not really made for the country, and Angelo can't really go back to the city. I never once thought they wouldn't find their way, though. No, these men are meant to be.

I truly enjoyed getting to visit with all the MCs from this series -- Henry and Joe, Rhys and Jevon, and, of course, Dylan and Angelo. It's Christmas how I'd love to celebrate it, myself, with all the people I care the most about near by.

The sexytimes, were sexy and there was one scene, that I'd dearly love to explore more in the future. Once you read Crossroads, you'll know which scene I mean. The ending was appropriately sappy for the season.

If you're a Garrett Leigh fan, like I am, and you've enjoyed the previous books in this series, you do not want to miss Crossroads. It's exactly what Christmas should be.

5 stars because ...😍

This lengthy ‘epilogue’ to a highly enjoyable series totally delivers on ...

... feels and emotions (Angelo and Dylan’s turmoil, Joe and Harry’s surprise, Jevon and Rhys’s devotion)
... bringing all the guys of the series together in a most satisfying way (and I actually mean that literally ... that foursome was a pleasantly steamy affair!)
... giving us a brilliant end to Angelo and Dylan’s story

It just left me totally happy and content, and with the huge incentive to reread the whole series!

Loved it!

I only wish it were longer. As anyone who follows my reviews knows, Garrett Leigh is my crack, I would read her shopping lists if she printed them ;)

But this one brought me all the feels I'd expect as she skillfully wraps together all the six men from the Skins series and brings them together for a Christmas no-one's ever going to forget.

This book is hot, like stick your pants in the freezer after reading it hot but it's so much more than the epically sensual and emotionally powerful encounter involving four of our favourite men which creates such a stunning visual.

It's about love, it's about family, it's about friendship, it's about finding a way to make even the most difficult of situations work because the other person is worth all that and more.

If this is Garrett's last peek into the lives of this bunch of men then, while I will be very sad, I'm also going to rest easy with the six of them happily going about their day down on a horse farm in Cornwall and just loving each other.

This is very nice novella to conclude the Skin series. Although it was told from Angelo and Dylan's POV, we also get to catch up with Harry, Joe, Rhys and Jevon as well. Is great to see all three pairs of them spending time together at Joe's ranch. Angelo and Dylan had some logistic issue that they have to settle with Angelo recuperating at the ranch, while Dylan work at London. They need to do some soul searching and find a solution to their predicament. However, there isn't much angst this time and it was simply a pleasant read to catch up with our favorite couples and get in some sexy time. I was just a tad disappointed that the guys didn't went in all full blown festive mood.

Perfect short Christmas story on Whisper Farm.
And perfect kind of epilogue for all the couples in this series.

PS: Angelo mentioned Ludo so I may still be hopefully waiting for them to meet. LOL

I was glad that finally Angelo and Dylan got some conclusion about their future after all this time.
It was sweet and thoughtful of Dylan, that Angelo came first in their relationship.
I was a bit disappointed about how Dreams ended, but Garrett knew how to mend a brokenheart.
We met all of the main characters in the series, and also there's a happy surprise at the end of the story!
This was enjoyable, heartwarming holiday story, actually about the three couples.
Crossroads was a nice ending for the series, and a strong HEA for all of them.

4.5 stars - This story truly comes full circle with our original couple, Angelo and Dylan, front and center in this short segment. Their story continues here, though the other two couples are present as well. It doesn’t take long to remember these guys, with Angelo recovering in the country on the farm awaiting Dylan’s return from the City where his life is carrying on now that his time in the country has ended.

Dylan returns and the two remind us of how much they love each other, the troubles they each face and what the decisions they must now make. How can they find a way to be together when Angelo is clearly doing so much better physically out of the City and close to his therapist, Harry? Can Dylan be happy out in the country when his life has been in the City up until this point?

This doesn’t get too terribly involved in that things are figured out fairly quickly and without too much angst. I loved that we got to see a little more of their kinky side and reminders of the guys we met in their original book. As a bonus, we also get to see more of Rhys and Jevon as Rhys continues to heal. If you’ve enjoyed this series, you definitely don’t want to miss out on this lovely recap.

Of all the three Skins couples, I have the most concern for Dylan and Angelo. NOT because I don't think they're good for each other, but mostly because of Angelo's health issues.

Garrett Leigh, in the dedication page of this novella, writes that this is her very best attempt at a festive happily ever after, and I guess I can grumpily says that it mainly works. Angelo's illness will never be gone, but I'm so happy to read that he's getting better in Joe and Harry's farm. I'm pretty content that Angelo and Dylan find a way to stay together now, rather than having long-distance relationship because of Angelo's health condition.

Plus, Leigh throws away a wedding for one of the couple.

So yes, I might still get anxiety thinking about Angelo, but in overall, I'm quite satisfied with this new development of their relationship. May the men live happily ever after!

I love holiday novella’s that give us a glimpse into uncharted waters of the future. It’s even better when they include more than just one couple and we check in on the entire group. Like a family reunion with your favorite characters. I adored the Skin’s series and appreciated this token Leigh grants us. The focus may be with Dylan and Angelo but she brings the entire gang together…and it was just delightful. Well, of course, the happy string is held just above our heads for most of it but we snag it before the end.

What's to like: As the title suggests, Dylan and Angelo are at a turning point. Things have been strained lately, living their lives together from afar. Angelo has accepted that he can’t manage his condition from the hustle bustle of the city any longer. But this realization comes with a terrifying reality. He can adjust to country life and take it in stride but living without Dylan isn’t a future he wishes to consider. He could never ask Dylan to give up his career and move to Whisper Farms to be with him. Dylan recognizes Angelo is healthier and happier living on the farm but he’s struggling to come to terms with…starting over. Faced with an enormous decision, he’s struggling to find any holiday spirit. But perhaps they are both just looking at things from the wrong angle?

What's to love: I was so happy that Garrett brought all the boys back together again. I’m hoping this isn’t the last we see them but if so, I’m grateful she gave us this…celebration. That’s what the holiday season is all about, rejoicing in our blessings and embracing traditions, new or old. It was splendid returning to the farm. Angelo has found his purpose and becoming a fundamental part of the inner workings of Whisper Farms has given him a new spark. Dylan can’t help but notice the changes in him and is pleased but scared. He can’t take this away from him. But then he realizes…he doesn’t have to. I loved the tenderness and passion. I savored the growth between all of the men. I melted with the sexy bits. There’s a special party that made me squee with delight. It just made me…happy.

Beware of: This is a continuation of Dream and not a stand-alone. I would also encourage you to read the previously released stories in the series first, as all of the couples are present here. There is a bit of extra heat but no sharing if that’s a concern of yours. And if they listened to my nagging insistence that they TALK they could have saved themselves some grief. Ha! Luckily, important words are exchanged.

This book is for: If you are a fan of Skins or Garrett Leigh, you need this little prezzie.

What I like so much about Garrett Leigh's books and characters is the realism.

Dylan and Angelo have a tough decision to make, and their reactions and the emotional turmoil they both go through felt realistic.

I love that these books are never sunshine and rainbows as soon as the character meets the person they love. I think that's why it's so hard to stop thinking about these stories, because the details genuinely make you feel like you've been listening to a friend and their relationship difficulties.

Loved the resolution they came to though, but as usual I just want more!

Cute little novella featuring all the Skins boys but focusing on Dylan and Angelo’s dilemma of how they can live out their lives together. I enjoyed this and even tho its set at Christmas it’s not OTT so reading it in July wasn’t traumatic ☺

Everyone knows, i love Garrett Leigh and her books. Also everyone knows that i loved Angelo and Dylan. They are my second favorite couple from all GL books(Ash and Pete is my #1 favorite couple).

This little story brings together all three couples from Skins books. I wish this would have been longer :D. But i assure you - one couple gets very happy ending :). I was not expecting that but no spoilers. Seriously. It was so nice and so... awwww :)

Anyway, back to Angelo and Dylan - they have their own dilemma. Because now they live in different places. Angelo is down in Whisper farm, because of his rehabilitation and Dylan is in city because of his work. And well... Angelo doesn't want to go back because in farm he is actually doing better. It's good for his health... but Dylan can't just leave his life and work, and move to farm without any idea what to do and how to live there, because farm is not exactly his calling or something. So - what is the solution?
I'm sooooo happy to see a book, with this healthy approach to situation. Like - let's find a solution that works for both of us. Not forcing things on other person etc. Because in real life... as weird as it sounds - a lot of people don't get it and don't even think about this approach. For a lot of people it's - my way or no way.

So, yeah... anyway - this is short and nice story. Looks like it's the last chance(at least for a while, because who knows what will happen after a while), to meet Skins characters, because looks like there will not be more books in this series.

A Joyfully Jay review.

4.5 stars

Garrett Leigh does low-key Christmas with her signature style, although with much less angst than usual from this author. And, that all worked for me as just brief mentions of the holiday are all I often prefer to read about. This book does not stand alone as it follows Angelo and Dylan from Dream, the first book in the Skins series, and also heavily features the rest of the cast from the entire series.

The book focuses on Dylan and Angelo hitting a crossroads in their life and their relationship as they struggle to find common ground with their living arrangements. The slower pace of the farm works for Angelo, but Dylan has no purpose there other than Angelo. The book is shorter and nothing is drawn out unnecessarily and the pace kept the entire book entertaining.

This book also revisits that night with Dylan, Angelo, Rhys, and Jevon. If you have read the series, you know the night in question, and Leigh gives us the full scene. Leigh sometimes holds back on the intimacy and sometimes offers a sensual take and sometimes, like here, as Dylan says, “Game on…” and the scene was certainly worth the wait.

If you've read the Skins series so far, this novella is one which you shouldn't miss in your collection. This novella is a nice closure of the whole series and we had a sweet reunion of all of our beloved couples.

True to Garrett's well known writing, the story can't without a bit drama and angst; Angelo and Dylan are at a crossroads what it means for their future.

I loved how their problems weren't talked down and that both guys have valid reasons for being hesitant what their future holds for them, although they boith love each other fiercely.

I was so mesmerized by the talks the guys had, not only with each other but how their found family, their friends all support them and how they show the tight-knit relationship.

Garrett books weren't hers when there weren't hot sexy scenes, and because we're talking about Angelo and Dylan we have a few hotter ones, I'd dare say a bit kinky ones. ;)

The novella was a nice closure; it gave the series its perfectly happy end. 5 out of 5 stars for it.

~~I received a free copy of this book to read and review for Wicked Reads ~~

This is the fourth book in the series, and brings together all the leads from previous books to Christmas in Cornwall. I would therefore suggest that you only read this if you are up to date with the story so far.

Whilst it is really a novella about all the guys we have been rooting for so far, it does deal with the problems between Dylan and Angelo. They are currently coping with a long distant relationship, but need to sort out where they are to be in the future. The busyness of Christmas (and a very romantic surprise) means that they are struggling to talk it out, but there is a lovely solution to their problem.

Definitely a book to tie up loose ends for regular readers more than a romantic story per se. It is satisfying, although in a gentle and rather effectively underwhelming way.

3.5 stars - I was given a free copy of this book to read and review for Wicked Reads.

This is the follow up to Dylan and Angelo’s book, Dream. If Dream is the story of how this unlikely pair shrugged off common sense and took a chance on a most unlikely relationship, this is the story of the two men figuring out the compromises they need to make so they can actually live together. This second book is a little less fantasy and a little more hard work.

Dylan and Angelo were fabulous in Dream and I enjoyed catching up with them. This story is set on Joe’s farm so we get to see all the couples in the series together for Christmas at the farm. This is a short novella and it’s pretty light on plot. Oddly enough, it’s also light on sex and it’s pretty light on romance. Dylan and Angelo spend long stretches of this story avoiding each other, not quite communicating and talking to other characters. There’s one very sexy scene that features four of my favourite characters from the series and there’s one very romantic scene - that doesn’t feature Dylan and Angelo.

After all of the grit and angst of the first three books, this one about content couples struggling with communication issues and scheduling problems seems a little bit out of place. I’m glad this doesn’t descend into sentimental Christmas schmaltz but it is a little bit underwhelming and I feel like the series deserves a little bit more joy in its final story.

It was such a treat to revisit these verses, these characters they're some of my favourites. It was so good to get to see how things have been going for them all, their interactions and how they've settled together. Crossroads was just, lovely I just wanted more of it, but I'm just greedy for more of the things I love. I won't spoil anything of what happens in the book, all I will say is I would definitely advise reading prior stories in this series beforehand, you won't regret it.

So sweet!

I’ve been getting this story in snippets over 6 weeks from Garrett Leigh’s Patreon so I’ve read it just before it was released but I still love reading about it. For once, this is all about the sweetness and not one ounce of angst in sight. Well, not much anyway. Just a teeny tiny bit and in Garrett Leigh’s world, that’s really nothing. Lol!

Wow, that was short. The book ends at 66% and then you get extracts from the previous 3 books as a filler.
It was good to see the guys and for them all to get the HEAs that they deserved even if Dylan and Angelo's situation was solved a little too easily.

3.5 stars - This was a short novella that included all the guys from the Skins series though it was told only through Dylan and Angelo’s POV. It was a tiny glimpse into their Christmas happenings that were hinted at at the end of Rhys and Jevon’s book, Believe. I would have liked more detail on that matter.
