A Table for Three

Rate this book
She’s taking two bites out of the Big Apple.

New York, Book 1

Riley Ramirez knew that moving to New York would change her life. She just didn’t expect it to start on her very first night in town. Her attraction to nightclub owner Kincade Marshall is instant, mind-blowing—and mutual. When she finds he is a Dom who requires her complete surrender, even when it comes to submitting to his best friend, Trevor Wellington, she finds herself willing and eager to embrace the sexual adventure.

From their earliest days, Cade and Trevor have shared everything, including women. Yet it only takes one night with Riley to know she is their forever lady. Convincing her that this is more than a temporary fling, though, will take every tool in their sensual arsenal.

As Cade and Trevor set their sights on Riley, however, they’re unaware—until it’s almost too late—that someone is targeting their fragile relationship. Someone who’s taking deadly aim at Riley. Suddenly their struggle to keep their forever woman is a fight to keep her alive…

Warning: This book contains m/f/m ménage, bdsm play, lots of steamy p.d.a, and a fine dining experience that will leave you salivating for more.

Lainey- born in Tacoma, Washington- was raised mostly in Nevada and California. The youngest of five, Lainey dreamed of being an actress and starring in blockbuster movies she wrote herself. As she grew, the dreams of being on the big screen faded but the ones of writing those fantastic stories never did. At 17 Lainey read her first romance novel and knew she’d found her calling. Here were the stories like the ones in her own heart and mind, and like tumblers falling into position on a combination lock, everything just clicked into place and the world was open to her.
It took a long time before she could work up the courage and belief in herself to try but finally, in 2010 Lainey held her breath and took the leap. Her first novel A Table For Three debuted in February and she hasn’t looked back since. Nor has she given up hope that one day, she will be sitting in a theater and it will be one of her stories on the big screen…
Along with her husband and two dogs, Lainey lives in Marysville, Washington and they have a daughter going to college in Bellingham. Look for Lainey’s edge of your seat adventure The Pod coming later in 2019.

If you like your menages raunchy and really dumb. Certainly suited me fine. Reminded me of the menage story Blackmailed from the same publisher.

Like most ebooks, it could have done with a typo check. I also noticed some head-hopping from paragraph to paragraph. When *I* notice head-hopping, that usually means it's especially bad. And there were a few instances where the narrative seemed to skip a sentence or two and I was going "huh?". It was usually during a sex scene too.

Now, I know that my GR sistas constantly complain about heroine gushing/leaking but this may out-drown all other Lora Leigh, Maya Banks, and Lisa Valdez books:

". . . Riley [heroine] screamed and a fountain flushed from her body to spray her thighs and splash on her stomach as Cade continued to pump her.

. . . .

Riley detonated and gushed again. It was a surprise to all of them and the sight of her orgasm spraying from her body like a faucet galvanized the men."
(Page 171-172)

Ewww. Don't know if this calls for a plumber or a medic. Maybe a professional who does both? A plumedic? A medumber?

This is M/F/M, not F/M/M, but I did sense some denial and unresolved sexual tension between the two males but maybe it's just me. They were a little too determined to share a woman for the rest of their lives and no remarks, either for or against, about their physical closeness? The lack of acknowledgment speaks volumes. Then there is the fact that the woman they both fall for has a dude's name. Coincidink? Dinna think so. ;-)

Content warning: some BDSM, paddling, nipple clamps, sex from a hanging chair (because chandelier sex is so passe), some really acrobatic positions that is not physically possible, butthole rimming, double penetration, public sex, sex with an audience

This is my third MFM book and I can already tell this was below subpar.

Seriously. Gibberish. No substantial plot, no substantial character development, just full of sex every 5 pages. The characters have sex the moment they meet each other, not even leaving enough room for tension. They had sex here more than 10 times and by the 2nd scene, I was already bored as fuck. Very repetitive that left me feeling empty.

And seriously? You guys love each other when all you did was sex? There was hardly any conflict between the three characters, no room for growth at all, how could you possibly call that love?

And who the fuck would want to live with two guys who want you to fucking quit your job so you can simply stay at home and wait for them to come back so you guys can just fuck each other to kingdom come? Doesn't that ring any red bells already?! I repeat: the two guys wanted her to quit her job, to stay at home and watch TV ("We brought movies for you! You can go to the spa! But only when we're there otherwise don't leave the house without us!") ALL DAY LONG EVERY DAY?!

If I were her, I would have fisted both my hands and did two uppercuts up their arrogant, sexist asses.

No, thanks. Try Sophie Oak instead.

5 stars for the sex
2 stars for the story...actually...what story? Was there a story? I can't seem to recall one from all the sex...
so 2.5 stars overall

But the sex was fucking hot.

No real review here since I'm a lazy shit :)

But if you're looking for a smutty MFM menage book with some hot sexy loving and little to no plot (Well, it did have something, but I happened to find it ridiculous) then read this hot little number.

A guilty-pleasure book .

And all I can say is...

description

It's even more intense than Fifty Shades of Grey. And the hot scenes they basically make me feel like...

description

The story is totally unrealistic and quite unbelievable and sort of taboo. It's purely fantasy...

description

So if you're looking for a smexy read, with 85% erotica in it and less romance, well...

So I know that this is 100% fantasy – none of this is going to happen in real life but I, for one, really enjoy the fantasy in my fiction and this is seriously sexy and an incredibly erotic read. In fact, it’s shit-hot!! There is a whole lot of delicious ménage scenes going down between Cade, Trevor and Riley and they are toe-curlingly hot, let me tell you.

Despite all this there is actually a plot – it’s not totally PWP! Riley innocently stumbles into Cade’s BDSM club thanks to a helpful cab driver on her first day in New York and Cade is actually less than happy to see her but, when he gets close enough, he spots the submissive in her instantly and he knows that she is the perfect girl for him and his best friend Trev to share. All he needs to do now is to convince Riley who has no clue what is about to happen to her.

What follows is a deliciously sinful PDA as Cade takes her quickly and commandingly straight into a scene right there in his club in a privacy booth. To say Riley is overwhelmed is an understatement but something about all this feels absolutely right for her and she is swept away by Cade’s dominance and goes with him to his penthouse. Cade always shares his women with his best friend and Riley is no exception, only this time Cade believes that she is going to be their forever submissive. I really loved the scene where Cade reveals a sleeping Riley to Trev and he just melts as he stares and knows instantly that she is perfect for them.

Riley will take a bit of convincing and let me tell you that this involves scene after scene of ménage D/s that will have your panties on fire. Seriously!! Can you just imagine the intense dominance of the uber-alpha male duplicated with two seriously committed doms?

Riley was actually a great central character – despite her instinctive submissiveness, she doesn’t just roll over dormat style. She asks for a trial period and then still insists that she have a life outside the bedroom. She’s worked hard to get where she is and doesn’t just want to be a kept sex slave.

Trev and Cade are melt-your-ereader, seriously hot, rich and philanthropic alpha doms. They know what they want and that is Riley and use everything in their sensual arsenal to convince her of their affections. They’re very skilful, they're fierce, protective and controlling and it’s an absolutely delicious read as they overwhelm Riley time and again with their dominance. I fell very much in lust with them both. Riley is a lucky girl, that’s for sure!!

So this is 2 dominant men, 1 sweet and brave submissive girl, a great romance with a little bit of suspense bubbling away in the background. What’s not to love? We get to meet Brice, hero of the next book in the series which I am hoping to be able to read and review soon. This was my first book from Lainey Reese – it’s definitely not going to be my last.

4 stars – totally delicious ménage

I enjoyed it, it’s hot.

However, personally I would have preferred it if there was a solid story there to go with all the sex scenes, which were great by the way, but still, I am partial to having a more substantial base to stand on since I find difficult to believe the instant trust and love that the three characters have for each other.

Despite not having much of a plot I had fun reading it so I’ll continue on to the next installment!

I always love the menage-relationships and watching them come to fruition.

Let me set it up for you. Riley is an innocent (of-course) transplant from Washington State. Having lived with her parents for most of her 24 years, she hasn't had much room to explore her sexuality beyond the 3 boring men she has had sex with. On her first night in "The City", she ventures out to experience the night life and went home with a little more than she bargained for...

Enter hot, sexy AND rich Dom x 2...Cade and Trevor are BFFs and have shared every woman they have ever dated since college. The are dominant to the "Nth" degree. They have a whole list of their expectations of her as their submissive girlfriend and she is (shockingly) willing to comply. I did feel my blood boil on occasion when that dominant side surfaced, but then the would reward her greatly and pretty much treat her like a total princess around the clock. I could live with that...

What erotic romance would be complete without a mystery and a little suspense? This one is lacking neither. I am interested to see what Lainey Reese comes out with next. I am really looking forward to the next book in the series and if it is anything like this first one, I will not be disappointed.

I read this book a while back. The sex is good, but it felt as though that's all there was available for my consumption. I don't know when it happened...but...I guess...I need some substance with my sex. I know - I totally hate myself. LOL! I wanted more out of the story and characters.

Well, we all know you learn something new every day and today I learnt that there are lots and lots of ways to have a threeway! What an interesting learning curve! Lol!

Let's be honest, A Table for Three isn't going to change my life or move me emotionally, but it was an easy, quick, smoking hot read!

If you want a bit of smutty trash, read this! The sex was graphic, shit hot and incredibly inventive! *giggle* *blush* And there was actually a storyline, which I was pleasantly surprised about, so for that, I give it four stars.

Plot - There actually was one. Ok, so most of it was just sex sex and a bit more sex, but there was the odd scene that didn't involve orgasms! Amazing I know! This book is what it is, at the end of the day, if you're looking for an emotionally gripping, mentally stimulating read then I wouldn't bother with this book, but if you're after steaming hot sex that doesn't require much brain power, knock yourself out!
Characters - Aw, Cade and Trevor were so sweet. A little weird that they were so happy to share Riley, but cute nonetheless. Riley was likeable. I wouldn't go as far as loveable, but I liked her. Not brilliantly well developed though.
Steaminess - DO NOT READ THIS IF YOU BLUSH EASILY! And it's probably advisable not to read it in a public place! The sex scenes couldn't be any more juicy!
Angst - Hmmm... there are a few dramas, but the nature of the book tells you nothing's going to happen that brings you to your knees.
Negatives - I don't know that the comments I've touched upon can be seen as negatives... as I mentioned, you have to take this book for what it is. It isn't going to be a world beating, record breaking novel, but it's fun and easy so I don't think the 'negatives' are important.
First Kiss - 10%
First Sex Scene - 8%
Ending - The ending is sweet, if a little unbelievable. And also a little too quickly wrapped up.
Favourite Quotes -
“It starts now. Right here, right now. If you do not want to get bent over this table and fucked in this booth, I suggest you say spinach. I'll let you go with the warning to never come back here again unless you're ready for it.”

“Never say anything like that again. You're perfect. Woman without curves aren't women, they're boys with long hair. You, are definitely a woman.”

“You're different, Ry. Don't know how. don't know why. We only know that you're ours.”

When Riley Ramirez arrives in New York bright eyed and ready for her first real adventure, she ends up at a Night Club that caters to the more seductive needs of it's patrons. Completely absorbed by the atmosphere, Riley does not realize she is a sitting target as an untrained innocent and prime for plucking but club owner Kincade Marshall knows the instant he sees her up close that she belongs to him and his best friend Trevor.

Cade and Trevor have shared everything in life, but never have they found a woman like Riley who gives herself so freely and equally to each of them. Unfortunately for Riley, someone wants her out of their way and when her life is put in jeopardy Cade and Trevor will do anything in their power to protect her.

I don't know why I did not pick this up sooner. Could kick myself, fantastic read.

***I decided to reread this one because I didn't remember all of it. Excellent story, there is one really funny scene in there that had me cracking up.

Eeny, meeny, miny, moe
Catch a tiger by the toe
If he hollers let him go,
Eeny, meeny, miny, moe

My mother told me
To pick the very best one
And you are not it....

Okay wait, that's not right, in this version Riley doesn't need to pick the very best one because they BOTH are definitely it....

Riley, a manager for a bank has just stepped foot into the Big Apple and is looking for an authentic NY experience, lucky for her the cab driver knows just the place.

Cade Marshall, owner of the club with the authenticity Riley is in search of, originally wants her innocence to stay just that: innocence, and wants her gone. Well until he actually comes face to face with this gorgeous Latin woman. There is something about her that he cannot place but he needs to have her in the worst way. And he needed it right then.

You know how woman are so critical of themselves? We all are, it's kind of ingrained in our psyche if you will; but what if the insecurities you voice about yourself like perhaps, you're not skinny enough (come one we all think that at some point in our lives), are laid to rest with a:

"Never say anything like that again. You're perfect. Women without curves aren't women, they're boys with long hair. You," he growled as her skirt revealed her thighs, "are definitely a woman."

Yeah go ahead and start swooning over Cade like I knew you would...
Oh. crud. Like I could forget, there is a third player in the book who goes by the name of Trevor Wellington. He is definitely not to be forgotten!

Trevor and Cade go way back to the days of childhood, grew up together from good families and have a very unique taste in women. Unique as in they share her. To be with one, you need to be with both. Now in the real world, I'm not sure if I could be into that kind of relationship, but I'll be damned if I didn't find that setup sparking every sense of my curiosity!

Their relationship is sexually and emotionally intense. They are both dominant men and want Riley to agree to that, but it doesn't come without its perks, they both want to make sure she is taken care of in every way possible. With that said, she is only to be taken care of by them and only them:

"We don't share. Rest assured that Trevor and I are the last men who will ever touch you."

What do you get when you put three sexually open, attractive and willing participants? A whole lot of HEAT!

This was a great short read in my opinion. 4 1/2 stars because I wanted it to last longer... I would recommend it if you are looking to experience a little more than the average kink. Enjoy the book and the passion it exudes, you won't be sorry! ;)

5 Stars for the Sex!
3.5 Stars for the Story!
So rounded to about 4 stars!

This was my first menage book and I felt like a bad girl committing a crime while reading it, but call me dirty cause I enjoyed this filthy, hot book! Oh man all I could say is holy crap this book was H.O.T!!!! I've never read such intense, soak your panties, sex like I have in this book. The sex scenes between Trevor, Cade and Riley had me fanning myself a few times.

If you want a hot sexy read, then this book is for you. Just make sure you don't read it in public cause you're temperature will rise and make sure to have an extra pair of panties on hand, cause the ones you're wearing will be soaked!

This is beautiful erotica, beautifully written. And, if I was (any) character from Californication, I would say something like this: I liked the shit out of concept!

Good thing there are sequels to enjoy the shit out of it some more.

My Thoughts:
This was a very sexy story and you gotta love those alpha males...and this story had two. I loved Riley for her wide-eyed innocence and adored Cade and Trevor's protectiveness and the way the lavished Riley with their attentions. I feel the story was even done. It wasn't overly crowded with sex scenes with out much story but had a nice mix of both. Quite a steamy and well written read.

Listened to the re-read as an audiobook. The narrator, Christian Fox, did a great job on the characters. Although Riley was artificial because he was a man doing a woman's voice, it was not over the top in a high falsetto tone. I enjoyed it.

Quick, far-fetched smut. Don't expect a deep or believable plot. It's just straight up sex.

Riley accepts a new job in NYC and asks the cab driver to take her to the hottest club in town so she can experience the exciting city life. He ends up dropping her off at a sex club owned by Cade and his BFF Trevor. Cade recognizes she's too innocent for his club's shenanigans, and approaches to tell her to leave, except he gets sucked into her crazy beauty. He decides instead to drop the privacy shade and bend her over the table - with only having uttered the words "bend over". Don't you love when a book gets straight to the point?? LOL anyway - they go to his place and have more sex - then he calls his BFF to come over and they all have sex. Then they have more sex. Then they inform her she's going to quit her job and move in with them. Then some drama - then more sex and a HEA.

Like I said - far-fetched and lacking a real plot. But what can you expect from a 126 page book?

Things that kept me from loving this is there's a whole chapter with this jilted lover POV who nobody gives a shit about. Then there was this whole thing with them talking about how tiny her nostrils are and they're trying to fit their pinky up it. It seemed a little weird.

Biggest WTF moment was after Cade screwed her the first time, he decided to just leave the condom on, zip up, and then go to his condo before removing it. I had to ask Dan to make sure I was correct, but this just can't happen. Either his softening cock would make the condom fall off, or he'd be splashing his spend out the side of the condom. Plus - ewwwwwww. I'm still tripping out over this. Maybe this author has never had a man use a condom before?? Oh well.

Basically with this - you get what you get - so these low scores don't make sense.

Sex, more sex, some more sex ... and some more sex .... followed by a great, big helping of sex. With a little sex on the side.

Not much story. Fresh-faced, beautiful girl, Riley, comes to NYC from Washington state to start a new job. Her first night in town she goes to an exclusive club where she's admitted immediately. Owner of club, Cade, sees her, goes to kick her out because of her innocence -- not the club's target clientele -- and falls for her in two seconds. Calls his best friend, Trevor, who always, always, always shares girlfriends with him and tells Trevor to get over there, Cade's found The One They've Been Looking For.

And ... yeah ... that's about it. Sex ensues and doesn't stop.

Oh, there's a murder plot, but it only pauses the sex for a few pages.

Three stars because it was endearing despite the lack of story. And, although it was sex overload, it was pretty good sex, so it's got that going for it.

I loved this book..my only complaint was that Riley did not get the full disclosure of what the relationship would entail - it's a minor nit, as it was assumed that if she had complaints she would have opted out early on.
Cade and Trevor were good people, hardworking, charitable, men who did not rely on family money even though they come from wealth. Riley was strong, independent, and wanted to stand on her own feet, openly embracing a lifestyle that new and different for her.
This book worked, it was engaging, sexual, an easy to follow storyline, and the villain (Anna) did not take over the entire story. But most of all the love shared by the three seemed very believable.

If I had to pick one word to describe A Table for Three by Lainey Reese it would be SCORCHING! I mean holy freaking hotness! I absolutely loved it! It was amazing. The moment I opened the book and started reading I was completely intrigued!

Riley has just moved to New York. It has always been her dream to move to the city and the first night she is there she decides to go out and see what it holds. She gets into a cab and asks the cabbie to take her to the hottest club around, little does she know that she has just, literally walked into the lions den! While at the club Riley is spotted by Cabe and it's lust at first sight for him. And man oh man from that point the book explodes with steamy deliciousness! It's EPIC and I loved every single second!!!

Cabe and Trevor are the two main characters in this book and they are completely swoon worthy! They are possessive and dominant but sweet and gentle at the same time! I love the relationship between them and absolutely loved the way they both handle and cared for Riley! All the characters were so easy to fall in love with! Riley was so sweet and innocent and I loved how she opened up to the men! It was incredible.

This is a short book and is really fast and fun! If you are looking for something super erotic and happy, pick up this book! It will surprise you because not only is it extremely steamy, there is also a love element and some drama thrown in at the same time! You will not be disappointed!

Holy Hell! All I can say is wow. Riley Ramirez knew that moving to New York would change her life. She just didn’t expect it to start on her very first night in town. Riley asked her cab driver to take her to a club the driver takes her to a kink club and although he did give her some advice she took one look at Kincade Marshall the owner of the club who was coming over to her table to ask her to leave and it was instant attraction that was mutual. The only thing that I didn't like was that Riley didn't ask question she was so struck by Cade that she pretty much let him do what he wanted to do to her the first time. Riley wakes up to Cade's best friend and third in all his relationships Trevor. Cade and Trevor have shared everything, including women, and are looking for a forever women and they know that Riley is the one for them. Enter a crazy has hell family friend and employee of Cade's Annie who for lack of a better word has sat her sights on the guys and when Cade tells her that they met someone else she was not having it. This book had almost all of the things that I like reading ménage accept the men having sex. This book was still hot I wished that Riley would have asked more questions about the BDSM it was still hot. Hot sexy rich alpha males who also have a soft spot especially Trevor who run a program to help kids. This was my first time reading this author and this is a first book in this series. This book has been on my wish list for awhile I am glad that I read this one this is one of my favorite m/f/m I am looking forward to reading the rest of this series.

Very light plot - in fact, you can barely see it. It was sex scene after sex scene after sex scene. Loved it! Ha! I thought it was ridiculous at first but then I remembered that this IS erotica, not exactly romance (although it is a bit romantic).

I have to say that if ever fiction could be real life then this is one story that I would want to be part of; because, just wow…this was pretty hot and so incredibly sexy and intense. Cade, Trevor and Riley made this reader need to go sit in the freezer many…many times throughout!

A Table for Three was not just about the erotic hot factor though, it did have a story too, however for me it was more of a pure indulgence read as opposed to an emotional one! Oh and I sure learnt a thing or two about just how many ways a three way goes LOL!

We join Riley who arrives in New York after accepting a job offer there. She has dreamed of this for a long time so on her first night there she decides to go out and explore. Riley asks a cab driver to take her to the most exclusive club in town. The cab driver is sweet, he made me laugh but it was like feeding her to the lions when he dropped her off at this particular club. Sweet adorable slightly naïve Riley has no idea what she is walking into. That’s right, she walks straight into Cade’s BDSM club where Cade is not too happy about finding her as she does not fit in and looks way to innocent.

So this is where one crazy and hot journey starts as Cade who is a dominant immediately falls for Riley’s submissive and innocent nature and realises she is perfect for him to share with his best friend Trev who is a dominant too. That’s right I said share!! Cade and Trev are best buddies. They have a long history but as friends only! There is nothing but love and they want to find the perfect girl to share, love and protect.

After a quickie in this funky booth in the club Cade has an intense feeling that Riley is the one not just a one off and knows he has to convince her to be part of his and Trev’s life.

Riley, bless her, has no idea what she is getting into and feels naturally overwhelmed yet she feels safe and surprised at how easily she fits into a life with two handsome and easy to love men.

Now Cade and Trev are LUSH. We have two hot alpha males who are good people too. They live and love passionately and fiercely. They know exactly what they want and they will use every yummy trick in the book to get it and they want Riley as their forever girl. I fell in complete lust with both men and I have to say I really liked Riley too and yes I was just a tad jealous!

I have to say, the scene where Trev sees Riley for the first time, asleep in the bed and the way in which an awestruck Cade reveals who he found really touched me. Their love for her was evident as the story progressed and the ending was a proper awww moment!

There is suspense in this story too; we had scheming, attempted murder and the nasty trait of evil jealousy. I have to say though that the suspense could have featured and explored a bit more in this story than it was, in the sense that more could have been made of it. However, it didn’t spoil the read for me. Oh and we get to meet Brice (and oh how we meet him!) who gets the next book in this series. I cannot wait to read that one!

In one sentence: So Riley is newly arrived in New York, she meets Cade, who after spending the night with her introduces her to Trevor, and they convince her to become their lover and submissive.

But is it going to work out? That is the question, isn't it?

"Rich and Dommish." That definitely applies to Cade and Trevor. If we hadn't learned that they were 34, I would have thought they were 16 because they never acted very mature the whole time. I am not saying that desperately wanting a menage relationship is immature because I have read plenty of other stories where it worked. But they kind of never got past me feeling like they they were two teenage boys who were ecstatic over their new toy.

I don't compare every TPE novel to Club Mephisto. Really. I know it seems like it sometimes but I don't. Honest. But I kind of have to this time. The way they wanted Riley to sit around naked in the Penthouse only focused on their physical needs, the way they didn't want her anywhere near the kitchen, and the way they were terrified if she set foot outside the penthouse without a keeper (and the way none of this was up for negotiation) was something that I hadn't quite seen before. Spoiler Note: I wish we had seen more of the time her parents were staying there. I have to think that cramped their style more than a wee bit.

Oh, and Lots of Sex and Lots of Violence. Well, maybe not so much Violence although there was some, and Lots and Lots and Lots of Sex. I don't think anyone will have any complaints on that point.

I didn't really find this to seem at all real but it was a fun fantasy.

There's a lot that's improbable about this story, making it more of a fantasy, and that is what made it pure pleasure for me. It's also what I think of as BDSM lite (I am SO not an expert) because Riley, the heroine in this story, was submissive when it suited her needs.

Cade and Trevor both come from wealthy families and grew up together. They both created their own career paths outside of their families' money and have been sharing women (openly to their families) since they became sexually active. Both are doms who have been on the lookout for the perfect submissive and Cade knew Riley was the one the moment he laid eyes on her.

The sex is certainly erotic and there is only one short scene that I even considered to be in the BDSM domain. Otherwise, it was more of a ménage romp, and lots of it.

There is a suspense element (you know from the start who's behind the scheme) that adds a bit of spice and excitement. The erotic elements stand on their own without any need for enhancement but it was more interesting.

This is a fun fantasy with characters you like and find appealing, with enough wealth to make it all work nicely. I enjoyed it and will read the next books in this series.

I really enjoyed this book. It was recommended on a few of my GR groups and also some lists. The sec was steamy and there were quite a few of them. I knew it was going to be good from the first scene. I can't wait to read Brice's story.

so much potential, but couldn't get past the oh, you both want to take over every aspect of every moment of my life less than a day after I met you? of course, sounds great! (and I LIKE TPE) Didn't finish.

Train Wreck

I honestly have no idea what to say. It was so unbelievable and far fetched I forced myself to finish.

Riley our leading lady arrives in New York City, after a quick stop at her new apartment she sets out to explore. The cab driver takes her to a club. Admittedly he tells her it’s pretty extreme and what she shouldn’t do but she still lets him drop her there.

Okay we are at the club. A place that pretty much anything goes. I’m not sure what the author was trying to make this place be though she didn’t really explain. A BDSM or sex club? Whatever it was Riley’s now here sitting in a section that says she open and available for anything. Now keep in mind this girl/woman has spent the last two years living at home because she’s hopeless at managing her finances but somehow works in a bank and this what brought her to the city a promotion.

I got sidetracked with that last paragraph. Whilst sitting there all innocent drinking her Diet Coke she comes to the attention of Cade the owner of said club, the moment he spots her he wants her. After making himself at home in her booth he orders her a martini, virtually forced her to drink
It then he presses a button and a privacy screen encloses around them. From here he bends her over the table and fucks her. Sorry there’s no other way to say it.

Then once he’s done he takes her up to the penthouse and proceeds to round two. Your still with me right? While Riley is using the bathroom he calls his best friend Trevor and tells him he needs to get over here, sure he’s found the woman for them to share forever.

Come morning Riley awakes with Cade by her side and his best friend Trevor watching her while Cade feels her up. After Trevor and Cade go a round with Riley they decide its time to lay their cards out. She’s to quit her job, move in with them, they dress her, feed her and she’s not to do anything without one of them with her at all times. Remember she’s only been in the city one freaking day.

Now if that doesn’t make you stop throw in a nut job called Annie who Cade was originally sizing up as there forever woman who becomes enraged when it doesn’t happen and try’s to kill Riley you’d think that’d do it? Right? But nope there’s more, a relative of Cade or maybe it’s Trevor’s by this stage I’m nearly in tears because it won’t stop. Anyway Brice arrives he’s a Detective and he’s investigating the attempt on Riley and some other stuff happening at the club well he’s also a watcher. As in the guys Cade and Trevor let him watch them having sex with woman. WTF? And that’s what he does he goes upstairs and watches the two men go to town with our leading lady.

If none of the opening put you off that would have to.

There’s more but Christ almighty I just have to stop. It was absolutely ridiculous and I’m beyond pissed I actually paid for this train wreck.

I’m not sugar coating it. Do not even bother.
