I feel like a To see my life in bed As a fixed idea Whenever I am told The wound is this: Is that she grows too fast The weed harms It is there that I have an idea: Able to to feel sorry
It's just my luck I suffer quietly I expect my pain Its mouth is so sweet
I feel like a To see my life in bed Like a sad idea That haunts me at night - the night - the night I enjoy the night The idea of eternity The weed harms Because she never dies
When all is gray The trouble is my friend A long suicide acid I love you melancholy feeling that Leads me to infinity Mixture of worst of my desire, I love you melancholy
When all is gray The trouble is my friend I have too wet the soul My whole being capsizes Oh come I pray you This is your friend too It is the elixir of my deliriums I love you melancholy
I feel like a To see my life in the air Whenever I am told It's a weed And I say: That a savage born Estimated to be worth Does well worth being estimated After all she often scoffs at To "too much" grown and toc !
It's just my luck I suffer quietly I expect my pain Its mouth is so sweet
I have as an idea Of morality Like a sad idea But that never dies In short is this: To please the jealous Must be ignored But then, but then, but then, for once It is God that planted me, then ? ...

'Good morning, Wolf,' said Polly. 'What have you come here for?' 'I have come to eat you up,' replied the Wolf. 'And this time I'm going to get you.' ----------------------------------------------------------------- ----------------------------------------------------------------- Two large tears dropped from the wolf's eyes. 'But I haven't got a cow,' he cried. ----------------------------------------------------------------- ----------------------------------------------------------------- This is really clever and funny. For sure, the Big Black Wolf is the star, and the so-called Clever Polly comes in a distant second. ...more

The author has taken efforts to convey the key messages and succeeds to get there. The key messages are things that I have forgotten now, but they are mostly agreeable and practical; still needs work to practise.
Now to the negatives: there is some kind of competitiveness with Confucianism and Buddhism, which may be valid but makes the treatment look less graceful for a Taoism book. However, it is possible, I am missing things here. Pooh is way too glorified and some "negative" emotions such as fear and sadness are not studied in scientific/evidence-based manner. So Piglet, is not ok enough. Eeyore is kind of vilified, when he is actually feeling weak in a true sense, and is not healthy.
It manages to suggest a progression to Zhuangxi :) some day.... The drawings carry some amount of gentleness, although can be disorienting at times....more

The writing is as direct as possible with a pragmatic and a slightly chill disposition. The personal stories of the contributing mathematicians are covered with sensitivity and just the right amount of reverence. A few sections could be shortened but that is a subjective opinion and may reflect this reviewer’s lack of patience/focus....more

The tendency in books and films to eliminate these episodes, and to allow the first two pigs to escape the wolf (in the cartoon version by Walt Disney, for example), undermines the valuable lesson of the tale, that "wolves" are indeed dangerous and that one needs to be intelligent and diligent to succeed, or even survive, in the world."

But we shall never recognize equality with the peasant profiteer, just as we do not recognize "equality" between the exploiter and the exploited, between the full and the hungry, nor the "freedom" of the former to rob the latter."
"When classes disappear the dictatorship will become unnecessary. Without the dictatorship of the proletariat they will not disappear."
"The proletariat must lead the vacillating and unstable along with it.
If we compare all the basic forces or classes and their interrelations, as changed by the dictatorship of the proletariat, we shall realize how unutterably absurd in terms of theory and how dull-witted is the common petty-bourgeois idea shared by all representatives of the Second International, that the transition to Socialism is possible "by means of democracy" in general. The fundamental sources of this error lies in the prejudice inherited from the bourgeoisie that "democracy" is something absolute and apart from classes."
