It dragggged. Ugh.
I normally never rate this author this low, but this book was so disappointing. I caught myself skimming most of it. I’m sorry, but I don’t find paragraphs and paragraphs of in-depth description of weight lifting, how supped up a truck is, how they’re going to remodel her house, or repetitive dialogue on backstory that interesting. The heroine told her same backstory about three times. Why? It wasn’t necessary. I felt like I was trying to read the beginning of The Hobbit and was being told, in chapters, what the Shire looked like.
This one just dragged on and on.

Yeah I must admit that although I liked the premise of the story, I skipped through much of the description around the weights and the remodelling of the house and the description of the truck etc too.
