It was an interesting idea and did hold my attention while reading it, but it wasn't everything I had wanted. It wasn't so much a romance as I would have liked. Maybe there will be more in future books in the series, but not a lot of romance in this first book; it just eluded to potential future relationships. There were also some grammatical errors, but these did not interfere with the comprehension of the read.
