Charlaine Harris Book/Show Group discussion

I love music. I listen to it all day long. I would be very sad if I didnt have music and keep it organized and sorted and all that junk. So I was rearranging my iPod and got to thinking about those mix tapes. You know the ones that you made for your boyfriend, girlfriend, bff in Jr high. Weve all made one. Most of us anyway.

Anyway, I thought it would be cool to have play lists titled as characters names from my favorite books with songs that fit them.

If you were to make a mix tape for the Sookie and the gang, what songs would you put on them? (I dont need you to go to as much effort as I did, the links take you to the lyrics and a link to listen to the song if you want, a simple list of artist and song will do just fine.)I think it would be cool to see what you guys listen to.

wow, these are great. Man I feel Like a Woman for Layfette is hilarious and I can see the Boom Boom Wow, working too as well as Sexyback. Another Bites the Dust for Jason is hysterical. Can't Help Falling In Love for Sam and Bad Moon Arising works. Paint It Black by Rolling Stones works for Eric. "Friends In Low Places" is hysterical for Bill.

I had an assignment like this for Romeo and Juliet in high school. I took me forever b/c I overthink it. So I know off the top of my head, every time I hear the Lady Gaga song "Teeth" I think of Eric.

When I get the DVD burner on my computer I think Im going to make a music video of True Blood. I made one for another show but the computer got all 'blue screen' on us and ended up eating half of our files. That was one of them. Now that we have a new computer, I'll to do it again.

Maybe Eric scenes with avril lavenes 'hot'?
