The last numbered page of the text of the novel is 356 of His Majesty's Dragon by Naomi Novik.

This paperback does include the first chapter of the second book Throne of Jade, but as I mentioned above, those pages are unnumbered.

So it could very well be 384 pages to the back cover, but the actual text of the novel stops with the numbered pages on page 356.
