Exciting News! SWW® is conducting a health study to evaluate the effectiveness of its dietary intervention. We are in the process of recruiting control participants (individuals not undergoing the intervention) and would love your help! To participate you cannot fall under any of the following categories: - Have been diagnosed or treated for a non-skin-related cancer within the last five years. - Have previously participated in The SWW Method®. - Have been a previous client of Sarah Wragge Wellness®. - Take a semi-glutide. - Take any diabetes or blood-sugar lowering medication. - Take any medication for weight loss.
