Last month, our VP of Engineering, Dean McRobie, joined a passionate group of individuals to serve as a judge at Pursuit Demo Day. Pursuit is a social impact organization that trains adults with the most need and potential to gain their first tech jobs, advance in their careers, and become the next generation of leaders in tech. As a tech-first pet wellness company that believes the best innovations are achieved through the power of diversity, we support their mission! After close to a year of intense technical training, Pursuit Fellows spend six weeks working together in small teams to build an inspiring app. The completed apps are presented at Demo Day.
