Business, Insurance and Accounting consulting - I can assist small business in setting up systems and managing of staff, accounting process, insurance and finance. I have 25 years of experience owning, managing property and casualty insurance agencies. I have extensive experience in M&A area for retail and wholesale insurance operations.

Rather than going to many different lenders we can provide a single place to shop for different types of loans and back office services. We analyze each companies and owners current position and find the least expensive way to raise the funds needed. When needed we can provide assistance in preparing financial statements and accounting records.

Raising debt capital. I represent many different lenders and can usually find a capital as long as the company has at least ONE of the following: good credit, good cash flow or good collateral. We have a direct relationship with one of the very few non-bank SBA lenders. They will often lend in many circumstances when a bank will not.

Unsecured credit program for businesses - can raise up to $200k for business - only need good credit guarantor (700+ score ) - guarantor can be owner, family member, friend, investor. No upfront costs

Loans against stock portfolios - for publicly traded stocks/bonds - we can arrange very low interest loans against the portfolios
