Work with me for a moment. How many people are out there talking about generative AI and how to best deploy it in (fill in the blank) vertical? Answer: a lot. Which begs the question - who do you listen to if anyone and everyone seems to have an "authoritative" opinion? In our world, Matt Hopkins of Board International is one of the small handful of people worth listening to on these things. Spend a couple of minutes on this week's podcast and I think you'll agree. https://buff.ly/3wxfunX #retail #generativeai

What is the main pain point of any ecommerce: Pricing! I had a chance to speak with Dr. Anshu Jalora and Vijeta Soni - Pricing with AI on how they used science to develop a solution that helps their client to get their price right! Some really inspiring quotes that really stuck with me when we were conversing about their Sciative - We Price Right Journey 💬 Vijeta: "Science, if it is just remaining in books, is absolutely useless unless it gets intelligently and creatively applied to solve real world problems." "The agility of taking decisions faster, bringing enhancements in products and solutions at this rapid velocity, is what I love." 💬 Dr. Anshu Jalora: "We create machines which are learning machines, which learn the patterns of the market on an ongoing basis." "It's about keeping your eyes and ears open, doing a lot of experiment in the way that sometimes, I mean, for some people, it might require years to get that click." There is no point of just knowing skills, how you apply them to make other people's or your life better is the key! Success is not measured in the same way. Everyone has their own definition. Not a single human wants to sit on things that can be automated! We would rather spend time on something that requires more of human intervention than sitting and straining our eyes on the data which AI can turn into valuable insights in no time. This podcast has a special place, as I had to do it twice! It was the very first podcast I ever recorded! I had to re-do it as I was not on the right platform and the recording was not good enough to be released as my first. With lot of nervousness and guilt I reached out sharing the issues with the recording and their team was kind enough to understand and give me another date for recording the podcast! It is amazing to hear something as old as 2 years that one had recorded and listen to the insights that they shared with Insiders Talk! I always feel that it is good to go back and review your own work. It gives you a flavor of your own growth and also a sneak peak on where one needs to work! “Spray and pray” does not work anymore – everybody can do that now with AI. And now that the urgency to use AI has started to stick among marketers, it’s already being used to cut and paste, and put out less-meaningful messages to prospects. There’s a huge value in thinking about the customer in a more holistic view by bringing in automated, personalized orchestration and intent data and other signals. Listen to the whole podcast with Dave and Kris Rudeegraap, CEO of Sendoso, a leading platform for direct mail and gifting in B2B marketing. They cover: - The differences between Growth Ops and Revenue Ops (and where each is most effective) - Must-try direct mail strategies that go above and beyond to create memorable customer experiences - How companies have created automated programmatic outbound strategies using AI, including tools and techniques that enhance efficiency and personalization Search Exit Five anywhere you listen to podcasts.
