Fruit Smoothie Recipe
· 2 servings Ingredients • 2 cups of milk • 1 Banana • 1 cup frozen fruits • 1/2-1 cup fresh spinach • 1/4 cup of sweetener- I used honey • 2 tablespoons cashews • 1/4 cup leftover cooked oatmeal • 2 tablespoons unsweetened coconut Add all ingredients to your blender and blend into it is smooth. You can add in more milk or frozen fruit as needed. I love using a variety of ingredients for my smoothies. There is always fruit, spinach, cashews, honey or maple syrup for sweetener, etc. I always save my leftover cooked oatmeal for smoothies as well. Whole grains are an essential part of a healthy diet, right? That's it! Smoothies make a great breakfast in the go, snack, or even a healthy way to curb your sweet tooth.
