Happy Foodie Friday! Today’s recipe is a Waldorf salad! It is so refreshing, easy to make, and can be a great meal or appetizer! 🍎 Ingredients: - 2 apples, sliced - Celery stocks, sliced - Handful of grapes, sliced - ½ cup walnuts, chopped - 1 small container of vanilla or plain Greek yogurt Directions: 1. Slice or chop all ingredients and add them to a bowl. 2. Add yogurt, toss, and enjoy!
Mushroom, bell pepper taco
Happy Foodie Friday!🌮 Ingredients: - One red bell pepper, sliced - One green bell pepper, sliced - Two portobello mushrooms, sliced - One sweet onion, sliced - One can black beans - Flour tortillas - One tbsp olive oil Directions: 1. In a large pan, put one tablespoon olive oil over medium-high heat. 2. Add peppers, onion, and mushrooms to pan and sauté for 6-7 minutes. 3. Add black beans to the pan and stir until warm. 4. Add mix to a tortilla and enjoy!
