1. Планка скользящая + опора (лучше использовать опору чуть пониже, чтобы руки стояли на полу, но у меня был только высокий стол, поэтому я использовала блоки). 2. Les sinks + опора: опускаем колени к полу - возвращаемся в стойку. 3. Leg lifts + опора. Задача - собраться в плотную складку прижавшись бедрами к животу. 4. Pancake + wall (не касаясь ногами кистей + toe tap) - здесь, как и во всех предыдущих упражнениях, нужна стоечная форма: ладонь под плечом, горб, ребра втянуты. 5. Ну и последнее - сходы в угол. Стандартное знакомое всем упражнение. В нем важен темп - чем медленнее, тем больше вы чувствуете как работают плечи👌
