GRILLED CHICKEN MARINADE-
3 lb boneless skinless chicken thighs
1/2 cup greek yogurt
3 cloves fresh garlic finely minced
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp oregano
juice of 1 lemon
1 tsp pepper
1/4 cup olive oil

mix all ingredients in a bowl and add your chicken thighs. cover and marinade 30 minutes up to overnight. bake at 350 for 35 mins. let cool and enjoy with your bowls! 

HUMMUS-
4 garlic cloves
1 15.5-ounce can chickpeas
1 tsp salt
2 to 3 Tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
2 Tbsp tahini
1/4 cup olive oil
