Diving springboard

Divers have to focus on different parts of their body compared to swimmers. Both sports put lot of time and devotion into working their bodies. At Keene State, we have fitness testing each season. As divers, some of the testing is modified for things that we have to do that swimmers don’t.

There are six types of springboard and platform dives, and each one is assigned a number that identifies its various components.
