The quest for the press & journey to press handstand is something of a bench mark skill for a lot of people in handstand & understandably so.  Understandably so you might also find it incredibly hard to work or impossible to fathom your legs just floating up.   You should know that it took several years into my handstand journey before I got my first sloppy & heavy straddle press.  Many people struggle with press for a variety of reasons.  It requires flexibility, strength within compression, & the shoulders.  Do you need all 3?  No.  Having all 3 will definitely make it easier though.   Adding an intentional day like this or implementing the drills that you can will go a long way into Handstand Training, Handstand Challenge, Press Handstand, Yoga Backbend, Body Weight Training, Street Workout, Days Like This, Good Things Take Time, People Struggle
