Teach your right and left brain to communicate. 1.Focus your eyes until the two circles become four. 2.Bring the two inner circles together until they overlap. 3.Focus unti1 you see a cross in the center. 4.Now try overlapping the two smaller circles. 5.Practice during meditation with eyes open or closed. 6.Don ' t over do it , it will strain your eyes.
