2 Cups of chickpeas
4Tbsp tahini
Juice from 2 lemons
4Tbsp ice water (more or less depending on your thickness preference)
6 Garlic confit cloves (or 2 cloves raw garlic)
3Tbsp garlic oil (or olive oil)
