Ashley | Briar Rose Atelier on Instagram: "It’s almost Glaze Day here in my pottery studio! I’m a little behind schedule but working hard to prep about 30 mugs for my next online shop update. After each mug is created by hand, I heat them in my ceramic kiln until they are “biscuit hard”. This allows me to decorate the exterior with a dark blue inlay that highlights all the intricate plant details (without damaging the texture).
