A lesson in animation timing.

Hayao Miyazaki had been an inspiration ever since I first saw My Neighbor Totoro (1988). The haunting imagery of rain and of two kids without their parents standing in a bus stop while a strange creature Totoro walks into the scene is something I'll never forget. We think that Hayao Miyazaki needs no introduction - he is, after all, regarded as the most excellent animated movie director ever. For his 75th birthday, we have decided to celebrate with some beautiful desktop wallpapers. Be that as it may, we could all use a daily reminder of his joyful and colorful movies in our lives – especially so when computer stuff is getting us down!
