I remade my copycat Starbucks Lemon Loaf and added a strawberry glaze on top. For the glaze you can add 8 chopped strawberries and 4 tbs of water to a saucepan and mash them together until it turns into a puree type consistency. Then strain the strawberries until it's just juice. Finally, add 2-3 tbs of juice and 1 cup of powdered sugar to a bowl and use that as the glaze.
