Here’s how to make it: Ingredients: 4 oz pancetta or guanciale, diced (set aside 1 tbsp for topping) 1 tbsp leftover pancetta fat 1 cup acini di pepe 3 cups chicken broth 1 large egg yolk (use two for extra creaminess) 1 whole egg Black pepper, to taste 1/2 cup grated Pecorino Romano (or Parmesan) 1 tbsp butter 1-2 cloves garlic, minced (optional) Chives for garnish Olive oil for garnish Cook the Pancetta: 1. Add pancetta to a cold pot, then raise the heat to medium. Cook the pancetta until crispy, about 5-7 minutes. 2. Remove the pancetta from the skillet, along with about 2 tbsp of the rendered fat. Sherri Davidson on Instagram: "GRANDMA’S CREAMY MUSHROOM ORZO: INGREDIENTS: - 1.5 cups orzo - 3 cups vegetable broth (or broth of choice) - 3 large portobello mushrooms (sliced 1/4 inch thick) - 1 large sweet onion (cut into thick wedges) - 2 cloves of garlic (chopped) - 1 cup heavy cream - 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese - salt and pepper to taste - 2 tbsp butter or olive oil THE SAUCE: Step 1: In a large skillet over medium heat, add in 2 tbsp butter and your chopped onion. Ingredients * ��Trader Joe’s flatbreads (comes as set of two) * ��Olive Oil * ��Shredded Mozzarella Cheese * �1 cup ricotta * �Prosciutto * ��2 cups arugula * ��2 tablespoon hot honey * 2 tablespoon balsamic glaze Instructions 1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees. 2. Brush flatbreads with olive oil (heavily). 3. Sprinkle minced garlic. 4. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese. 5. Top with dollops of ricotta cheese (I put about 7-8 on the flatbread). 6. Not pictured and optional but I prefer to add fresh mozzarella slices. 7. Add prosciutto. 8.
