iPhone Wallpaper HD City Lights of Europe
This image of Europe at night is a composite assembled from data acquired by the Suomi NPP satellite in April and October 2012. The new data was mapped over existing Blue Marble imagery of Earth to provide a realistic view of the planet. Credit: #NASA Earth Observatory/NOAA NGDC

Our home planet is the third planet from the Sun, and the only place we know of so far that’s inhabited by living things. Earth is the fifth largest planet in the solar system, it is the only world in our solar system with liquid water on the surface. The name Earth is at least 1,000 years old. All of the planets, except for Earth, were named after Greek and Roman gods and goddesses. The name Earth is a Germanic word, which simply means-the ground. Courtesy NASA/JPL-Caltech. Design by Moris.

iPhone Wallpaper HD Chaotic Clouds of Jupiter (Artist Concept)
NASA's Juno spacecraft took this color image on May 23, 2018. Juno was about 9,600 miles from the planet's cloud tops. The region seen here is somewhat chaotic and turbulent. In general, the darker cloud material is deeper in Jupiter's atmosphere, while bright cloud material is high. Scientists Gerald Eichstadt and Sean Doran created this image using data from the spacecraft's JunoCam imager. Moris applied an oil-painting filter and created this abstract artwork. Image by #NASA
iPhone Wallpaper HD Abstract Jupiter Atmosphere (Artist Concept)
Scientist Rick Lundh created this abstract Jovian artwork using data from the JunoCam imager onboard NASA's Juno spacecraft. The original image captures a close-up view of numerous storms in the northern hemisphere of Jupiter. To produce this artwork, Lundh selected a more contrasting part of one of Jupiter's storms, then cropped the image and applied an oil-painting filter. Image by #NASA
iPhone Wallpaper HD Jupiter High-Altitude Jovian Clouds
This image captures a high-altitude cloud formation surrounded by swirling patterns in the atmosphere of Jupiter's North North Temperate Belt region. NASA's Juno spacecraft took this color-enhanced image on July 15, 2018, as the spacecraft performed its 14th close flyby of Jupiter. At the time, Juno was about 3,900 miles from the planet's cloud tops, above a latitude of 36 degrees. Scientist Jason Major created this image using data from the spacecraft's JunoCam imager.
