The unique cut of the stone is carefully modeled after genuine antique cut diamonds complete with chunky facets and an open culet. The stone is then mounted into a handmade sterling silver cut down collet setting, faithfully replicating the style du jour of Georgian (1714-1837) and Victorian (1837-1901) periods. The backs of the rings are given a modern update and left open to allow for easy cleaning. A sleek solid 14K gold band (1.5mm wide) completes this solitaire breathing new life into the style of a bygone era.
