Prehistoric - Paleoindian - Multi-purpose Tool

Very Rare Stone Age muti-purpose tool. This is a heavy stone with a bird effigy and many curves and grooves worked into it. Found in the Appalachian Mountains in SW Virginia; this beautiful piece was laying on a ridge near an ancient burial mound.
