Hand Painted Plate, c1910; Hand Painted Limoges Plate

This is a gorgeous Limoges plate from the early 1900s! It is hand painted with pink and magenta roses against a dark green background. It has a heavy gold border and is signed by the artist, "Rousse." The two T&V marks were used around 1910. It came from the estate with the hanger on it and the patent date shown on the hanger is from 1941. The plate is in excellent condition! No chips or cracks. I've removed the hanger, but it is in good working order if desired to be used for display. The plate is 8 1/2"
