I used a Sizzix 3-D EF with white glossy paper for the background. Fashioned the tutu from part of a glittery flower, leotard from blue glitter paper. Tiny flowers were made with a Punch Bunch corner punch. Added Stickles to flower centers. Sentiment was computer generated.
