Summer is time when I do more more salads because eating whole big meal is not what I enjoy! My appetite is full by drinking lot of water! 

So I love making this very simple chatpata chana salad and buttermilk by the side!

🍀 Soak kala chana overnight ( I used 1/2 cup around 50-60g), throw the soaked water, add some new water along with salt and pressure cook it for 6-7 whistles! We need soft chana! 
🍀 Add lots of finely chopped onions, tomatoes, raw mango & coriander, you can also add mint! I don’t enjoy adding any other vegetables, you can add everything you like!
🍀 Time for some salt, chat masala, coriander powder & lemon juice
🍀 Mix it well and enjoy it with thick buttermilk

1 Pc Boiled potatoes

Green Chutney:
Chopped coriander
Mint

Tamarind
1 Tsp Cumin Seeds

Chana masala:
1 Tsp Oil
1 Pinch asafoetida
prepared green chutney
Add some water
1/2 Tsp black salt
1/2 TSp roasted cumin powder
1/2 Tsp crushed black pepper
1/2 Tsp red chilli powder
Add boiled Kabuli chana
