Focal point art drawings

In this picture, the first thing you see is the red leaf. It is the focal point and what you are drawn to, because of the lack of color in the background. Then you notice the other leaves around it.

The artwork is usually but not exclusively on a white background with a dark black detail for increased contrast. The technique does not use shading but relies on distance between lines and contouring to create the illusion of depth and light. Some of the featured artists include Paolo Čerić, Carl Krull and Vasilj Godzh.

Emphasis is shown here by centering the focus of the piece. It also makes the umbrella pop by using bright colors compared to the others shown. This is also the only umbrella where the viewer can see part of the persons face.
