Cerulean City for #KantoRedrawn

Levincia is a city in the Paldea region, located in East Province (Area Two). Historically, it used to be a port town that shipped ore from the mines, before it became a major business hub in the present day. Because of the Gym's specialized type, the people of this city tend to walk around accompanied by Electric-type Pokémon.

Description Its even larger than before. This is the starting town for the Male Protagonist, had real fun remodelling the map as it served as a foundation to what aesthetics the whole game will base itself on. The Dock obviously, is inspired from Hydrargiriums work. The light blue water is walk-able *I'll be adding blockable water rocks later on*.
