Sól Earrings. Protection/Solar Amulets. "Sun-worshipping cult in the Nordic Bronze Age and various animals have been associated with the sun's movement across the sky, including horses, birds, snakes and marine creatures." Handmade earrings inspired from bronze age decorations of shields. Probably these shields were used in rituals, sacred shields, sun symbols closely associated with the gods and the cycle of the seasons. The earrings are hand fabricated of brass and decorated with citrine cabochons. These pieces have been handcrafted by me and because of the natural variation in stones and the handcrafted nature of the product, please be aware that slight variations in shape and colour may occur.
