And these rolls are the kind of magic that makes 1+1 > 2 😋 the crispy chewy rice paper + ocean flavor seaweed + umami teriyaki tofu + homemade vegan mayo + fresh veggies = heaven~
🍱 TO MAKE:
• 8 rice paper
• 4 nori sheet
• 14 oz extra firm tofu
• 1 carrot
• 1 avocado
• 2 cucumber
• 2 cups cooked rice
Homemade tofu mayo
For the Tofu Glaze -
• 1 tbsp rice vinegar
• 2 tbsp soy sauce
• 2 tbsp coconut amino
• 1/2 tsp of brown sugar
• 1/4 tsp ginger powder
