Manor Lords' publisher celebrated the sale of one million copies of the Polish strategy game at the end of April. Now, Hooded Horse can crack open the champagne again, as the Steam hit in question has already sold 2 million copies. Let's highlight that the title entered early access only three weeks ago.

Hooded Horse delivered the news of the fresh sales results in a poetic way. On X, we can read a brief acrostic, which is a type of poem where the initial letters of each line form a distinct word. In this case, it is "Slavic" - the first part of the name of the studio responsible for Manor Lords. It's worth mentioning that Slavic Magic also responded to the sale of the game, describing it as "insane" and expressing gratitude to the community for playing.

Tim Bender - CEO of Hooded Horse - mentioned the rapid sale of 2 million copies as exceeding his wildest expectations. He expressed similar views at the beginning of May in an interview for PC Gamer. In a recent conversation with the Game Developer portal, he focused on "publisher methods hitting devs."

If you are playing Manor Lords, you surely know about the first beta version update that appeared last Friday (May 10th). After nearly a week, Grzegorz Styczen - the game's creator - presented his conclusions about it to the community.

Finally, let's recall that Manor Lords is exclusively available on PC. You can buy the game on Steam, GOG, Epic Games Store, and Microsoft Store. It's also available on PC Game Pass.
