Unlike the first game, Elite Force II is largely set onboard the USS Enterprise-E stationed in the Alpha Quadrant. The game's storyline is a semi-sequel to the movie Star Trek Nemesis, and the end of Star Trek: Voyager series. Many of the members from the original Hazard Team reappear. However only a few of the primary cast of Star Trek: The Next Generation did voice acting for the game, among them Patrick Stewart as Jean-Luc Picard, Dwight Schultz as Reginald Barclay, and Tim Russ as Tuvok. Several actors from Star Trek series provided additional voice acting: Jeffrey Combs (Weyoun from Star Trek: Deep Space Nine and Commander Shran from Star Trek: Enterprise) as one of the main villains; Robert O'Reilly (Gowron from Deep Space Nine) as Krindo; J.G. Hertzler (Martok from Deep Space Nine, plus roles in Voyager and Enterprise) as Lurok; and Vaughn Armstrong (Admiral Forrest in Enterprise) who contributed with several character voices. The Number one complaint from users was the complicated and confusing installation process that wasn't helped by Microsoft its VirtualStorage and other compliance Features. The installation process contains now only 3 steps and is as simple as it can be. Instructions for GOG Galaxy have been added as well.
With the updated Video Settings Menu you can now select resolutions that are common on modern computers.
You can also test the new rsolution before you applay it.
This will allow you to avoid the infamous error:
GL_StartOpenGL() could not load OpenGL subsystem.
The menu will also show the correct resolution in use if you ever should adjust it manually by using console commands.
Entering or selecting a suitable Field of View for your new resolution is now also possible via the menu, the Menu will adjust automatically the FoV each time you use it to change the resolution, but you can still adjust it manually afterwards.
The Readme file is now provided as a PDF-Document and contains all the informations you need to know about the modification, starting about the mod it self it sould contain everything you'll ever need like the following topics:
The number one complaint after the Installation was the quality of the Dialog.
Virtually all the Dialog was remastered with AI and manual editing. The German version was especially difficult to clean up.
The Number two complaint was the level of difficulty, specially on the first level. Additional items have been added to the Level, the weapons damage has been adjusted and more savegames are created by the mod. Also a level of difficulty menu has been added that will be shown upon starting a new Game.
The Source Code is now also available on GitHub so issues can be properly tracked. Also if you find any problems you can now add an new issue if needed, so it can be fixed.

Perfect! Thank U! 😸
Cant help but notice I'm seeing more and more huge mods or remake version of original games disappear off this site like star trek excalibure....though that game is never going to happen, and star trek voyager. You cant find them anymore.
Because neither are true games that will ever be complete and they likely got tired of being called out for never delivering despite promises, like tons of them. The excalibure people banned me when I basically trolled them for trolling the fans for more than a decade now, and they decided to delete their project on here, no longer have an official site that has forums or even post on facebook, been a few years or twitter, they simply cant handle that people remember when they make rash promises without the ability to deliver on them.
I'm hoping at some point they just completely ax their project and hand it to someone who has more time and ability to deliver.
Looks good

SCREW you trekkies! Star wars is way better!
Both SW and ST are awful these days, it is a dark time for sci-fi especially when political agendas are injected into it.
I dunno about you but star wars is my least favourite sci-fi. it is awesome but Star Trek is better. Nevermind oppinions aside, This is a star trek game, do not discuss star wars
Why is being a troll necessary? Why can't sci-fi fans get along?
I know. I know SEVERAL SW fans, and none of them troll. Might have something to do with the fact that they're intelligent...
I appreciate Star Trek as a masterpiece of the genre, even if I dont know that much about it as I know about Star Wars. And I'm a SW fan, so, don't pay attention to haters/trolls. Long live and prosper!
I love both. I've always been a diehard SW fan but Star Trek is definitely awesome.
It is different.
