Pamput and Vodka

Vodka is the manager of Pamput while his two henchmen work as Pamput's bodyguards. They are first seen heading up to Pamput's suite, parting a crowd of fans outside the door. The latter is training, and the manager asks to come in. After a brief acknowledgment of Pamput's fame, he and Vodka then discuss the tournament and bring up Goku. The manager insists on telling more about Goku, but Pamput retorts that he could not care less and continues training. Then Vodka spies on Goku's training, he analyzes Goku, and admits that his speed, flow, and execution are absolutely perfect. Vodka realizes Pamput cannot beat him.

When Goku goes for a quick run, Vodka and his henchmen follow him in a car. When they catch him, Vodka tells Goku that the fight has been moved and he offers to take Goku to the new arena. Launch witnesses Goku getting in the car, and she chases after them. When she catches up to him, she easily defeats the Vodka's bodyguards. Goku runs back to the arena just in time for his fight and beats Pamput.[1]

When the world is afraid under Cell's menace, Vodka hires Mercenary Tao to search for the Dragon Balls so he may wish for becoming emperor of the world after Cell leaves. When Tao returns to their fortress after getting two Dragon Balls, Goku comes to take the Dragon Balls in order to revive all who were killed by Cell back to life. He entered into the lair, passing easily the arrows trap. Vodka and his henchmen were at first unafraid of Goku but after Goku sends one of the henchmen flying into a wall, they retreat to Vodka's desk, putting up a protective domed shield. However, Goku breaks it easily by sticking his finger into it, causing it to shatter. Then, Tao confronts Goku, but after the latter recognizes him and introduces himself as Goku, Tao examines him closely and realizes it is indeed the boy who beat him years ago now grown up.

Vodka, Tao and the thin henchmen

Tao gets over his shock after Goku expresses disappointment at himself for having nothing to offer Tao in return. The assassin then poses a challenge to Goku: if Goku can disassemble three complex puzzle rings by dawn the following day, then he will be awarded the Dragon Balls. If he cannot, however, Goku must surrender the ones he has with him. Tao then offers to take Goku's jacket (which contains Goku's gathered Dragon Balls) while Goku works on the puzzles, and while Goku is distracted with the puzzle rings Vodka, Tao and the thin henchman leave the fortress and drive off. In the middle of the night, the big henchman almost tells Goku how to get the remaining puzzle apart, but Goku interrupts him and tells him he will not cheat. The henchman congratulates Goku when finally gets the last puzzle apart. Goku uses Instant Transmission to find Tao and the gangsters. The naive Goku is unaware there was any ill-will on the part of Tao and is given the Dragon Balls without any resistance. Tao could only ask if he is still getting paid as he and Vodka could only stare in shock about what happened.[2]

Vodka appears in The Legacy of Goku II. His fortress is located in East District and is protected by a Ninja Clan, a Mercenary Clan, and a Green Destroyer. As he wants to keep his Four-Star Dragon Ball from being stolen, Vodka orders Cyborg Tao to attack the player.
