Foreign companies addition
editAddition. A foreign company has to file an equivalent of 10-Q under heading 6K. This heading can include all kinds of other information, so in order to find quarterly data, the best strategy is to browse through all 6Ks one-by-one starting with one filed immediately after the analysed quarter ended.
G-1
editI merged content from "Form G-1" into a new section "Other filings", since the said article was not notable in itself. If someone wants to move the info somewhere else, please go ahead. Sorted as part of the Notability Wikiproject. --B. Wolterding 16:27, 19 May 2007 (UTC).
SC 13G/A
editI encountered this form and didn't know what it was. If anyone can add a definition for this (or explain why it shouldn't be here), I'd appreciate and I think it would make the article more complete. Outsideshot (talk) 06:50, 16 July 2008 (UTC)
Update and Reformat
editI just started updating and reformatting the "All Forms" section even providing a link to the PDF so anyone can continue it. Michealin (talk) 16:25, 21 March 2012 (UTC)

The website seems a bit suspicious (much data queried for the compulsory registration). Thanks --Conpibien (talk) 18:12, 22 March 2012 (UTC)

This says N-14 is for initial registration statements -- isn't N-14 for fund mergers? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 155.201.35.70 (talk) 18:40, 24 July 2013 (UTC)
